The Academy was established in 2002. It is a place for both professionals and amateurs alike, who wish to train their culinary skills.

Five-Day Courses

During a five-day course we give a chance of practical and intensive elevation of culinary skills, to students, who plan in the future to bind their life with gastronomy or who are at the beginning of this path.

The program of the course allows you to learn the art of putting together world culinary techniques with elements of modern international cuisine.

The course takes place from Monday to Friday 9AM to 2PM in groups of 4 to 10 people maximum. The price of a two-day course is about 2000zł. The price includes unlimited food products and drinks.

Five-day courses are finalized by handing in a certificate which confirms participation in the course, commemorative apron with the Academy logo and a Kurt Scheller cook book.
