Two-Day Courses

Against common practice, a good way to spend your leisure will be to cook and to do it in the presence of the exquisite company of Kurt Scheller.  We would like to welcome you to a two-day course which usually takes place on weekends between 9AM an 2PM or during weekdays between 5PM and 9PM.

We recommend two-day courses to people who wish to learn practical advice and precious pointers about basics of cooking, such as: methods and techniques of cutting, boning, frying, baking, seasoning, decorating dishes etc.

During the two-day courses students prepare several dozen dishes which are based on classical and modern recipes of the international cuisine. The menu, depending on the theme of the course, includes learning how to prepare appetizers, soups, main dishes (made with fruits of the sea, meat and fish) and desserts. Every student of the course cooks by their own work station, under the watchful eye of the Master himself.

Caring about the comfort and pleasure of our students, the courses are conducted in groups of 3 to 12 people maximum. The price of a two-day course is about 700zł. The price includes unlimited food products and drinks.

Two-day courses are finalized by handing in a certificate which confirms participation in the course and recipes of the dishes prepared during the course, which will surely make it easier to cook privately at home.
