The profession of a cook and the culinary art is back in business! The aura surrounding this craft today, makes raising skills and professional competence and indispensible element of every good cook.

The duty of every master of the culinary art is to pass to the next generation everything that he learned and experienced and also to promote modern and proper trends in this arena.

Kurt Scheller, conducting courses for professionals, not only demonstrates secrets of his former masters - Antoine Careme and Auguste Escoffier, but also points towards everything, that was till recently forgotten, including the art of serving and decorating dishes.

Beginner cooks can take advantage of the five-day course and gastronomy professionals having experience in this arena are welcomed to individual courses with Kurt Scheller. The program will be created accordingly with student suggestions.
